Event Overview
The USA Gymnastics Women’s Development Program Eastern Championships are a 3-day competition for Level 9 athletes. The top seven (7) All-Around athletes in each of the 16 age divisions from each of the four regions (Regions 1, 2, 3 and 4 for Westerns and 5, 6, 7 and 8 for Easterns) will compete as Regional Team members. Participating athletes will compete for All-Around, individual event and Regional Team titles.

Parking: Parking will be complimentary at the venue.
Concessions: Food and beverages will be available for purchase. No outside food and beverage can be brought into the facility, with the exception of athletes water/sports drink(s).
Spectator Bag Policy: While guests are encouraged to leave bags behind, the following bag types are permitted:
- Clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch or purse no larger than 4.5” x 8”
- Larger bags will not be permitted inside the building

Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on-site at the box office, no advanced sales.
Adults are 12yrs and older. Kids 3yrs and under are free.

- Adults- $35 per competition day/$85 weekend
- Children: $20 per competition day/$55 weekend
Athlete Banquet
The 2023 USA Gymnastics Level 9 Eastern Championships Athlete Welcome Party will be hosted at one of Orlando’s premiere entertainment venues – Drive Shack! The Athlete Party will include the entire third floor of the venue. Your ticket includes 2 hours of golf ‘Bayplay’, Food and Beverage Buffet, Game Lounge Play, East Interior and Exterior Terrace Lounges. Tickets are $60 per person and the deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, April 30th.

The USA Gymnastics hotel room block is now officially CLOSED. If you are needing accommodations, you may add your contact information to the waitlist, but any room availability will be based on cancellations and changes received after the deadline.

Athlete Apparel
Supplied by USA Gymnastics National Leotard Partner: GK Elite
- Regional Teams: All regional team members (including ties for 7th place) and first alternates will receive a tank leotard from their region to be worn in competition. Athletes will also receive a competition warm-up uniform from GK Elite Sportswear.
Awards
Supplied by USA Gymnastics National Awards Supplier: A-1 Awards, Inc.
- Top 8 All-Around and individual event winners for each of the 16 age divisions
- Ties are not broken; duplicate awards are presented
- All members of the top two (2) winning teams in each age division will receive an award. Regional team scores for each age group are determined by the top four (4) scores per event.
- An overall Regional Team Champion will be determined based upon rankings of the regional teams in each age division. Points will accumulate based upon the following team placement per age division:
- 1st place – 4 points
- 2nd place – 3 points
- 3rd place – 2 points
- 4th place – 1 point
